Individual therapy offers a reflective and grounded space to explore what is most present in your life. Sessions are typically held weekly, either via telehealth or in person, and are tailored to your specific concerns, whether related to anxiety, grief, identity, relationships, burnout, or life transitions. Our work weaves together thoughtful conversation, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and cultivate greater resilience and agency. Some clients engage in longer term depth work, while others seek focused support around a particular season of change. I offer a complimentary consultation to explore fit. My rate is $225 for a 50-minute session*
* I offer a limited number of sliding-scale slots, prioritizing BIPOC students, educators and activists.
Couples
Couples therapy is available weekly, either in person or by telehealth. Sessions are tailored to your concerns and provide a reflective, supportive space to process your experiences. Therapy combines conversational exploration with mindfulness and somatic practices to help you and your partner build awareness and change patterns. Both ongoing, long-term therapy and brief, time-limited approaches are offered depending on your goals. Contact us for a complimentary consultation to determine the best fit for your needs.
My rate is $300 for a minimum of 75-minute session for couples*
